In preparation for showing my paintings at the Art Galley of Sno Valley starting in July - I needed to make frames. A few years ago I inherited a chop saw from my dad, who never in his life time wanted me to use a power tool because I was a girl... but that's another story... Any way I had built a little work shed, because I had no other room in my little house - and I have a lot of other tools as well - so now I can make frames and other things. I used to have to saw things by hand with a little plastic miter box balanced on a card table on the deck ... sheesh. Varooom! this is easier. I've built other things, just saying, like some steps and the outdoor table in the picture below. We will see what else I can build.
